METAMORFOSE

Lisbon, Portugal (Inshadow festival) - 2025

The short film "METAMORFOSE" explores the relationship between the human body and nature through contemporary dance, showing the connection and harmony between both. The story follows the journey of a dancer who discovers how her body reflects natural elements, culminating in an emotional performance that celebrates the beauty and connection between human beings and the natural world. The work is a poetic reflection on this relationship, highlighting the importance of honoring and respecting the fundamental link between them.
